Description of heating exchanger

The oil tank heater is designed with international advanced pin tube technology, which is composed of heater flange, heater body, heater support and accessories. The outer end of the heater is made of heat insulation material and protective steel plate.

The heater installed at the inlet and outlet has the highest heating efficiency, and it is also convenient to control the material temperature at the inlet and outlet. The pin tube heater can be conveniently arranged at the inlet and outlet of the oil tank.

4. Convenient drainage and no water accumulation

Due to the short single pipeline of the pin tube heater, if it is necessary to empty the accumulated water in the pipe, the water can be drained through the drain valve on the head of the heater outside the tank to avoid freezing the pipeline in cold weather and avoiding the heater is damaged by water hammer caused by water accumulation when steam is re-introduced.

5. Solve the problem of too large heater area and difficult maintenance

The heater heats the oil or chemical raw materials. If the area is too large, even if the tube bundle is long and many, the overall extraction is difficult, and a pulley can be installed on the heater support portion to facilitate to push or draw out of the heater.
